Lance Keltner, a longtime Austin-based musician now in Santa Fe, is back this week to start a new music initiative called Connor’s Heart, an effort to raise awareness of the fentanyl-laced opioid epidemic that has taken the lives of hundreds of thousands, including Lance’s stepson Connor.
